Nobody wants to comeback & read the same text again & again. Even if it is just a 10 page Company Info site, add the changes & improvements, the 'happenings' of your Company every month or a quarter. After all, this is a dynamic medium.

Maintenance & upgradation, is caring about your site. It is important if you intend to gain from the site. Your site shouldn't be stale. More important, it shouldn't 'look' stale.
